Vaps is provided on an as-is basis for a private commercial beta. The PWA stores data in your browser, so you are responsible for exports and backups. We do not promise recovery of data lost through browser storage, device loss, or an unsupported restore file.

You may use the product for lawful personal or business idea capture. Do not submit malicious content, abusive material, or anything you do not have the right to store or share.

The closed beta may include optional accounts, personal cloud sync, and invited shared projects. Shared project collaborators may read ordinary project content according to their role; credentials, preferences, drafts, and local settings are excluded. Team projects are not public links in this version. Billing is not active, and no paid entitlement is created by using this beta.

For support or security reports, contact support@vaps.app. Do not send idea exports, API keys, GitHub tokens, or other secrets in a support message.
